Swap your weekend brunch for pushups with Dwyane Wade. The NBA champion will headline Faces of Fitness, a massive wellness festival making its Miami debut October 24-25. Dubbed “the Lollapalooza of Fitness,” the two-day event will blend high-energy workouts, live DJs, and immersive wellness experiences, bringing together more than a dozen workout studios, 30 headliners, and more than 90 health and wellness brands.

Set against the waterfront backdrop of Regatta Park in Coconut Grove, the festival will invite guests to roll out their yoga mats alongside thousands of fellow participants. Peloton stars, Lululemon trainers, and local favorites like Mimi Yoga, Tremble, and Barry’s will lead heart-pumping workouts across four stages. Expect everything from sculpt and glute camps to dance cardio and strength classes, all set to beats spun by local DJs.

Day one focuses more on local instructors, while day two goes big with the Wade County Warm-Up, with a portion of ticket sales benefiting the Wade Family Foundation and its mission to provide resources and opportunities to youth from underserved communities and disadvantaged backgrounds. The afternoon will conclude with a performance by celebrity DJ Sam Feldt, turning Regatta Park into an open-air fitness party.

In between workouts, guests can explore a sprawling Wellness Village featuring nearly a hundred brands offering everything from facials and B12 shots to cold plunges and blood testing. Unlike many other festivals, Faces of Fitness will be a 100 percent alcohol-free event, giving attendees the chance to experience the weekend in a completely sober setting. Tickets start at $65 for single-day admission, with two-day passes and group packages also available.
