This Labor Day Weekend, two Miami favorites come together as Fontainebleau Miami Beach welcomes Café La Trova back to Bleau Bar for a one-night takeover on September 4, from 9 p.m. to midnight.
For one night, Café La Trova will transform Bleau Bar with its signature Cuban cocktail culture, acclaimed cantineros, and live Trova music. Café La Trova cantineros will take their place behind the bar alongside the Fontainebleau team, pouring a custom cocktail menu created exclusively for the evening.
Featured cocktails include the Sabor a Mamey, Espresso Martini, Pornstar Highball, and The Big Apple, with Truman Vodka, Luxardo, and Fever-Tree joining as partners for the evening.
Live Trova musicians will bring Café La Trova’s signature sound to the Fontainebleau lobby throughout the night, while guests enjoy cocktail sampling and the energy of the celebrated Little Havana bar against the backdrop of Miami Beach’s iconic hotels.
