A former prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Prosper Shaked has practiced law in South Florida for more than a decade. He founded Prosper Injury Attorneys in North Miami Beach, where he represents the seriously injured in accident and medical malpractice cases throughout Florida. Shaked has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including multiple seven-figure results in catastrophic injury cases.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, he runs a boutique practice where clients have direct access to him at every stage of their case. His honors include Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. He is a member of the Miami Beach Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Shaked earned his bachelor’s degree from Emory University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Born and raised in Bay Harbor Islands, he lives there today with his wife and daughter.
