Eric S. Kane is an accomplished trust and estates attorney who has practiced in Aventura and throughout Florida for more than 20 years. Annually honored as a Florida Super Lawyer, he holds a 10.0 Avvo rating and represents clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and charitable planning.
Kane was twice named the American Cancer Society’s National Professional Advisor of the Year (2019 and 2022), chaired its Nationwide Gift Planning Advisory Council for three years, and serves on the board of directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. He has also been recognized by the University Miami School of Law Alumni Association for his service on the university’s planned giving board.
A frequent lecturer on estate planning, probate, advanced health-care directives, and medical ethics, he has presented for FMDA, NADONA, and FSP.
Kane graduated from Franklin & Marshall College and earned his J.D., cum laude, and LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law. He is also a graduate of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Florida Fellows Institute.
