JAMES BEARD FOUNDATION’S TASTE AMERICA® MIAMI

The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America® series presented by American Express and Resy is a nationwide initiative inviting diners to experience their city’s food scene through the lens of celebrated local chefs–and the flavors, traditions, and innovations shaping American dining. The organization’s Taste America culinary series will return to Miami with a special pop-up dinner on Wednesday, October 28 at Wynwood Event Center at 7 p.m. featuring chefs Raheem Sealey and Monika Dominguez of Shiso Miami, recognized as two of the industry’s finest culinary talents and changemakers as part of the Foundation’s annual class of TasteTwenty chefs, who will present an exceptional menu in collaboration with chef Sebastian Vargas of Los Félix, Krüs Kitchen, and Füm while championing the James Beard Foundation’s mission of Good Food for Good®.
