Award-winning, internationally acclaimed designer Carolina Herrera came to South Florida in late September to host the opening of her newest eponymous boutique, now open in the Bal Harbour Shops. It was a dual celebration, capped off by a show debuting her Spring 2010 Collection in conjunction with Jackson Memorial Foundation’s 11th Annual Guardian Luncheon at the InterContinental Hotel in Downtown Miami.

The intimate, 2,000-square-foot boutique is appointed with macassar wood tables and finishes and crescent-shaped couches and club chairs upholstered in signature Herrera brown and ivory satin stripe. In addition to the Carolina Herrera New York collection and the Carolina Herrera Bridal Collection, fashionistas will find sunglasses, as well as Judith Leiber, Nancy Gonzalez, Manolo Blahnik and Faraone Mennella accessories at the boutique.
